Behind the Wire

The TrumpetSo a lot of my friends have said that they want to go to prison with me and all have not. Its a lot of fun and its really exciting. Each time I go, I get to hear stories of how a person has been molested or even did the molesting, or how this person has done so much meth that their teeth have literally eroded away. All of these people that i talk to also share with me how God has taken control of their lives and restored everything that the devil has stolen.

Here’s a few pics from my latest trip to the Coffield Unit in middle-east Texas. In one of these is my friend named Pete. Pete had 2 life sentences plus 105 years on top of that. He was never supposed to be a free man. But God decided to let him go after 16 years in prison. During those 16 years, Pete went through a lot of transforming and God was specifically getting Pete ready for ministry today. Pete is now a pastor just north of Dallas and he travels to prisons all of the country preaching to inmates.
